Mercedes-BenzHere, I got to see how a huge company is set up from the inside when we took a factory tour. They work in small teams on the line in the shop where each member has his or her own specific task. It showed the importance of task rotation to avoid monotony, which is important to remember as a leader. The way in which they dealt with mistakes was a good example of accountability on an individual level when working alongside, but not necessarily with others.

Area 47Showed the significance of having the right people in leadership positions, as well as a great balance of power structure. The vision that the CEO had matched his adventurous personality and propelled the organization forward.
